Stand and Booking Information
Exhibitors will be provided with:
- The opportunity to promote your goods/services to over 1,000 visitors
- A listing in the online / printed exhibitor booklet
- One standard table (6ft x 2ft)* or the space of this table if the actual table is not required / Table Cloth
- Two chairs
- Lunch and refreshments are included free of charge for exhibitors
- On-site parking is available free of charge
- Electric & Wifi supplied
Please Note :
Once you have reserved your stand, you are commiting to the full purchase price stated and our cancellation policy / T & C`s will be upheld from the time of your booking, a copy of these will be sent to you with your invoice :
Cancellation fees :
Cancellations received from 1st June 2020 – 24th June 2020 will receive no refund
Cancellations received from 1st May – 31st May 2020 will receive 50% refund
Cancellations received on or before the 30th April 2020 will receive a full refund
