Exhibitors will be provided with:

  • The opportunity to promote your goods/services to over 1,000 visitors
  • A listing in the online / printed exhibitor booklet
  • One standard table (6ft x 2ft) or the space of this table if the actual table is not required / Table Cloth
  • Two chairs
  • Lunch and refreshments are included free of charge for exhibitors
  • On-site parking is available free of charge
  • Electric & Wifi supplied

Please Note :

Once you have reserved your stand, you are committing to the full purchase price stated and our cancellation policy / T & C`s will be upheld from the time of your booking, a copy of these will be sent to you with your invoice:

Cancellations received from:

1st October 2021 – 11th November 2021 will receive no refund

Cancellations received in the month of September 2021 will receive 50% refund
